Members who qualify and participate in paid projects receive compensation for their time and contribution. Every invitation explains what’s involved, how long it takes, and how much it pays before you decide to participate.

A few things you might be wondering
How am I thanked for my time?
We share the compensation amount before you decide to take part. Most payments arrive by email through Tremendous: allow 7–10 business days after a virtual project or 3–5 business days after an in-person project. Look for an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com at the address you used for that project.
Some projects offer cash at the end of the session. Your invitation will explain the details.
Will anyone try to sell me something?
No. These are research opportunities. We want to understand your experiences and hear your honest reactions—there is nothing to buy.
What happens after I join?
When a project looks like a match, our team will contact you with a few questions and the details. You can decide whether it fits your interests and schedule. You can also share more about yourself through follow-up questions to help us find relevant opportunities.
Are there opportunities for families?
Yes, some projects include children and families. Join using your own contact details, and our team will explain any parent or guardian involvement when a relevant opportunity comes up.
How often can I take part?
It depends on the project and who it is designed for. We typically allow about three months between projects. Joining the community means we can consider you for future opportunities; it does not guarantee a place in every project.
